The investment objective of the VT Ursus Arctos Fund 1 is to provide capital growth from investment in a globally diversified portfolio of equities.
The fund may also gain exposure to equities through investment in collective investment schemes. Fixed income securities may be held from time to time. No emphasis is to be placed on particular economic or industrial sectors.
The Fund does not have a specific benchmark. However, the performance of the Fund can be assessed by considering whether the objective is achieved (i.e. whether there has been capital growth over the long term (5+ years)).
The Sub-Fund may hold derivatives for efficient portfolio management purposes. It is not intended that the use of derivatives for efficient portfolio management purposes will increase the risk profile of the Sub-Fund.
