VT Dominium Holdings ICVC was established as a vehicle for business ownership and is intended
for like-minded shareholders who recognise the risks and benefits of its investment objective and
approach. Its investment objective is to preserve and grow the purchasing power of shareholders
capital (i.e. for the returns of the Company to increase in excess of CPI) over the long term.
To meet this objective it seeks to participate patiently in the ownership of a limited number
of carefully selected enterprises listed worldwide. The Company does not directly own immovable
assets, commodities, derivatives or other collective investment schemes, and does not "short" sell
securities or borrow to invest.
